摘要 在疾病的基因治疗过程中 ,需要用直接或间接的方法把目的基因导入细胞 ,使目的基因得到表达 ,或封闭、剪切致病基因的mRNA介导其特异性地降解 ,而达到治疗疾病的目的。介绍目前病毒载体基因转移技术中最常用的载体如逆转录病毒载体、腺病毒载体、腺相关病毒 (adeno associatedvirus,AAV)
