介绍了株冶低浓度SO2制酸的工艺流程、工艺特点、生产及技术改造情况,实践证明实现低浓度SO2制酸采用动力波净化WSA制酸是成功的,也指出了要实现长周期稳定运转还需解决的问题及对策。
The paper introduces the process flow, process characteristics and technological transformation of sulfuric acid making process with low concentration off-gas at Zhuzhou smelter.It testifies that using the process of dynawave purification and WSA to treat low concentration SO_2 off-gas at Zhuzhou smelter is successful and points out the remaining problems and measures to carry out long time and stable operation.
