摘要
简述了中西医结合用药的历史和现状,介绍了中西药的各自特点和优势,探讨了中西医结合用药的理论基础和依据,综述了当前中西医结合用药的主要途径:中西药同时使用、将中药为西医所用———中药西化、用中医理论指导使用西药———西药中化,分析了这几种途径的优势和存在的问题,探讨了中西药物相互作用即中西药物的配伍问题,并展望了中西医结合用药的未来,提出了今后中西医结合用药研究工作的发展方向。
In this article, the status quo and the theories in the combined use of Chinese traditional and western medicine was described. There were three methods in the combination. The first one was to take tradition Chinese medicines and western medicines simultaneously. The second one was to study traditional Chinese medicines by the method in researching western medicine. The last one was to apply western medicines by the theories of traditional Chinese medicine. The advantages and deficiency about them were pointed out, then. At the end, the (interaction) between Chinese medicine and western medicine were discussed.
