摘要
目的 :评价复方杜仲健骨颗粒治疗膝关节骨性关节炎 (肝肾不足、筋脉瘀滞证 )的临床疗效、不良反应和毒副作用。方法 :采用随机对照方法 ,复方杜仲健骨颗粒试验组 30 0例与壮骨关节丸对照组 10 0例对比研究。结果 :①试验组治疗单项症状前后比较有非常显著性差异 ,治疗单项症状均有效。②试验组中医证候积分治疗前后比较均有非常显著性差异 ,试验组与对照组组间积分下降值比较有非常显著性差异 ,试验组疗效明显优于对照组。③两组患者起效时间比较有非常显著性差异 ,试验组起效明显优于对照组。④试验组临床总有效率为 92 % ,显效以上率为 4 7% ,与对照组相比 ,具有非常显著性差异 ,试验组总疗效明显优于对照组。⑤在治疗过程中 ,无明显不良反应 ,对心、肝、肾、血象等均无不良影响。说明复方杜仲健骨颗粒确有滋补肝肾、养血荣筋、通络止痛的功效。结论 :复方杜仲健骨颗粒在目前的口服剂量、疗程范围内 ,用药安全 ,无毒副作用 ,是一种治疗膝关节骨性关节炎安全有效的药物。
Objective:To evaluate theclinical effect and ill effect of eucommia bark granule in treating knee joint osteoarthritis.Methods:To adopt the method of random contrast.There are 300 pou in testing group (using eucommia bark granule) and 100 pou in contrase group (using strengthening-joint pelle).Results:(1) There are quite difference in comparison with pretreatment and post-treatment sympton in tesing group.(2)They takes effect in testing group earlier than contrast group.(3)The effect is best in testing group than contrast group.Conclusion:Eucommia bark granule in present dimension of taken dosage and course is safety and has no ill effect.It is an operative medicine in treating knee joint osteoarthritis.
