摘要
热失重分析表明该桐油、硼双改性酚醛树脂的起始热分解温度≥400℃,450℃时,碳的残留率≥60%,耐热性明显优于普通的酚醛树脂;红外光谱表明了该双改性树脂的碳骨架上引入了桐油分子长碳链,具有一定的柔韧性和油溶性。用该双改性树脂作为基体树脂制备的无石棉编织型制动带,低温摩擦系数达0 50以上,高温摩擦系数可达0 40以上,且摩擦系数恢复性良好。
Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the initial decomposition temperature of binary-modified phenolic resin by tung oil and boron was above 400 ℃,and remainder mass was above 60% at 450 ℃.IR spectra showed that long chains of molecules of tung oil were bonded on the skeleton of boron phenolic resin.Frication coefficient of non-asbestos woven brake band made with this binary-modified phenolic resin was above 0.50 at low temperature and was above 0.40 at high temperature.The recovery of friction coefficient was well too.
