摘要
高等教育自学考试作为我国高等教育的一种制度,具有办学开放性、学习自主性和考试权威性等特点。但目前存在监控不力、助学功能发挥不全、应试教育色彩浓厚等诸多问题。促进自学考试的发展,需要充分发挥高校的助学功能,建立科学的评价制度,才能全面提高教育质量。
As a higher education system in China,self-study examinations possess such characteristics as the quality of opening for running schools, the quality of learning on one's own initiative,and the quality of authority on examinations.However,at present there are many problems:less control,fewer effects on aiding study,pronounced examination-oriented educational colour etc.To promote the development of self-study examinations,only if there's a great need to make full use of the function of aiding study and constitute the scientific evaluating system,education quality can be enhanced in an all-round way.
