摘要
本文论述了政治文明是社会文明的重要组成部分,是全面建设小康社会的重要目标,是社会进步的重要尺度,并提出了建设社会主义政治文明的基本原则和基本途径。
This anticle argues that political civilization is an essentical part of social civilization,the major goal in building well-off society,and the important standard of social progress.Forethermore it puts forword the cardinal principle and radical path in building socialist political civilization.
