摘要
证券市场信息披露制度对于保护投资者的权益以及对于促进证券市场的健康有序发展意义重大。各国都在加强和 完善这方面的立法工作。本文作者从证券市场信息披露制度的概念、目的、最新发展趋势等方面,并结合我国证券市 场信息披露监管、上市公司信息披露的现状及其存在的问题等方面进行了论述,从法学视角分析并提出了加强和完 善证券市场信息披露制度的富有积极意义的建议,以促进我国证券市场向标准化、国际化的方向发展。
It is significant for information announcing systems of securities market to protect the rights and interests of investors and promote the securities markets development healthily and orderly. Various countries are working in the legislation in order to strengthen and perfect it. The author expounds the system from the concepts,purpose,new trend of development,etc. ,in combination with the current situation of our countrys information announcing system of securities market and issues on listed company and proposes the suggestions of strengthening and perfecting it, which is rich in the positive meaning of the information announcing system of securities market in order to promote our country's securities market developing forward along the direction of standardization and internationalization.
