摘要
国有企业分配制度改革是整个国有经济改革的重要组成部分 ,理顺国有企业分配关系是巩固社会主义基本经济制度和完善市场经济体制的需要。知识经济条件下 ,人力资本的作用是企业发展中的最根本要素。重构国有企业分配制度的理论依据在于重视人力资本的贡献 ,深化国有企业分配制度改革重在实行理论创新 ,构建国有企业收入分配新模式 ,是本文进行理论创新的尝试和探索。
The distribution system reform of state-owned enterprise is an important part of the whole staterun economy reform.To consolidate basic economy institution of socialism and to perfect the market economic system,we must make the distribution relations in state-owned enterprise in order.In knowldege economy,the function of manpower capital is more important and becomes the key element in enterprise development.The theoretical foundation of reconstructing the distribution system lies in paying more attention to the contribution of manpower capital in state-owned enterprise. To deepen the distribution system reform in state-owned enterprise,we must focus on the theory innovation.This essay makes a try on structing a new distribution mode in state-owned enterprise.
