摘要
从铝锭法生产的工艺原理入手 ,剖析无水三氯化铝产品颜色产生原因及变化机理 ,提出 :铝锭中杂质铁的两种氯化产物随余氯的影响而转变的结果是引起产品颜色变化的根本因素。对生产中产品出现异常的红、灰料 ,在分析了各种生成原因的前提下 。
By looking into the basic principle for the production of aluminum ingots,the article explains how the colour of the product comes into being and analyzes the mechanism of its variation.It's pointed out that the conversion between two kinds of chlorides of iron which exists in aluminum ingots caused by the influence of the surplus chloride is the core factor for the color variation of the product.It also put for ward the solution for the control over two unwanted colors,namely red and gray,after carefully analyzes its formation.
