摘要
我国广大农村的生态环境问题是当代中国面临的主要社会问题之一。造成这一问题的原因主要有:农村人口增长过快,人口素质低;片面追求经济效益,忽视环境效益;环境法制不健全,人治重于法治;环境教育落后,环境意识普遍欠缺及不合理的政策偏向等五个方面,并针对这些原因提出了相应的解决措施。
The question of ecological environment of the vast countryside of our country is one of the main concerns which contemporary China faces. There are the reasons mainly causing this problems: the people in the countryside have increased fast, the quality of the population is low; pursue the economic benefits one-sidedly, ignore the environmental benefit; environmental legal system is imperfect, rule by men and replace to rule by law; educate environments lag behind, deficient general awareness of environments and lean on unreasonable policies, etc.and is directed against the settlement measure of these reasons with corresponding proposition.
