摘要
回顾了ERP的整个发展过程,它历经MRP(物料需求计划)、MRPⅠ(闭环的物料需求计划)、MRPⅡ(制造资源计划)和ERP(企业资源计划)四个阶段,对每个阶段的特点、应用情况,以及ERP的功能和作用进行了充分的论述。阐述了我国企业应用ERP现存的问题,并就相关问题提出了对策。
This article has reviewed the whole evolution of ERP that goes through four stages (MRP, MRPI, ERPⅡ, ERP)and carries on the abundant argumentation to the characteristic at each stage and main application and the functions of ERP. It has also explained the current several problems faced by enterprises of our country uses ERP, combining the enterprise reality of our country, and put forward the countermeasures that is rich in the realistic meaning on relevant problems.
