班级是高校学生工作的基本单位,作为班级的组织者和领导者,班主任是联系学校和班级的桥梁和纽带。班主任工作是高校学生工作的重要组成部分,直接关系到高校学生管理工作的成败。正确认识班主任的特点,加强班主任自身素质建设是做好班主任工作的关键。
Class is a basic unit of students' affairs in colleges and universities.As an organizer and director of a class,the class teacher teacher serves as a bridge an important component of students' affairs in colleges and universities and has much to do with students' management.A correct realization of class teachers' characteristics and the fortification of quality construction are crucial to class teachers' work.
