摘要
文章对基于PLC(可编程控制器 )的钻孔、攻丝二工位组合机床控制系统的结构、控制程序进行介绍 ,对系统的硬件和软件设计作了详细阐述。利用上位计算机对生产现场设备的状态实施监控和对现场参数进行调整 ,使设备工作在最佳状态。
The article introduces the construction and control program of control system of combinational machine tool applied to drill hole and tap based on PLC, and expounds the hardware and software design of the system. The equipment state can be monitored and the parameter can be adjusted in the site by top-computer, enabling the equipment to have optimal property.
