摘要
目的 :探讨抗青光眼术后白内障患者进行白内障超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术中应用何氏钩的手术技巧以及临床效果。方法 :2 8例 (30只眼 )抗青光眼术后白内障患者 ,应用何氏钩采取拦截劈核法以及非切开瞳孔牵拉法扩大瞳孔进行白内障手术 ,观察术后视力、眼压变化、角膜内皮细胞情况以及并发症。随访时间 3～ 2 4个月。结果 :所有患者术后视力较术前均有不同程度的提高 ;术后眼压与术前相比无显著升高 ;术后角膜内皮丢失率平均为 8% ;全部患者保持功能滤过泡 ;无严重并发症发生。结论 :应用何氏钩以及采用我院的手术技巧可成功实施抗青光眼术后的白内障手术 ,保持功能滤过泡 。
Objective:To investigate the technique and the effects of phacoemulsification with He's chopper in glaucoma patients after filtering surgery.Methods:Phacoemulsification and implantation of foldable intraocular lens with He's chopper were performed on 30 eyes(28 patients)with preexisted filtering bleb,and postoperative visual acuities,IOP,and the endothelial cells were observed.The following-up period was 3-24 months.Results:The postoperative visual acuities were all improved in different degrees.There was no statistically difference in patients' IOP after operation(chi square test,P>0.05).The average endothelial cell lost 8%.No severe complication occurred.Conclusions:With He's chopper,phacoemulsification and implantation of foldable intraocular lens can succussfully done in glaucoma patients with cataract after filtering operation,and their visual acuities can be improved and function blebs maintained.
