摘要
中央电大“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”课题研究是教育部批准的研究项目。是“现代远程教育工程，，的重要组成部分，是电大发展的方向。笔者总结了乌鲁木齐电大积极探索适合开放教育特点的考试管理模式。不断完善考试管理制度，指出坚持正确的办学指导思想。抓好考风考纪建设是远程教育教学质量保证体系的重要组成部分。随着开放教育试点工作的不断发展，人才培养模式改革在深化，考试模式改革也必将深化。
Reformation of Qualified Person Development Model and Experiment of Open Education' proposed by central radio & TV university, is main direction of central radio & TV University research, which is the research programme approved by Education Department and is major component of 'Modern Distance Education Programme'.The author has explored it and summed up a set of model management of term examination of urumuqi Radio & TV University 'Open Education'characteristics actively. The author is constantly improving managing system of examination, does well in open Education, promotes instruction of learning, guarantees to develop qualified person, and obtains some achievement and experience. This thesis insists on correct guidance of teaching, and focuses on instruction discipline of examination, which constitutes the most important elements in guarantee quality of DE teaching. With the development of Open education experiment and 'Reformation and Open Education of Qualified Person Development Model', reformation system of examination is being considered deeply.
