摘要
成人教育财经类学生，大多具有一定的职业经历和经验，而且思维比较活跃和敏锐，社会化程度较高。研究他们的心理特点，对有的放矢地搞好成人教育的教学创新，加强对学生的学习管理，提高整体教学水平无疑具有重要意义。
Most of the adult students in the Finance and Economics Department of Adult Educattion Institute have certain career experiences.They are keen and active and have higher social degrees.It is of great significance to study their learning psychology characteristics,and it is helpful to our teaching managenent.In this paper the writer tells us what the learners learning psychology characteristics are,and ideas of how to teach the adult students of finance and economics major in an original way.
