摘要
本文对月季花等多种植物花瓣的色素进行了提取 ,并对其在酸、碱溶液中的性质作了详细的研究。发现植物色素随着溶液PH值的变化 ,出现了颜色的改变 ,对其进行了较为详细的研究 ,得出了一定的规律。
A experiment was carried out on quality of pigment extracts from six plants. The results indicate that when these pigment extracts in acid or basic solution,their colors changed with solution's PH.
