摘要
党的十六大提出发展壮大县域经济,并指出发展县域经济是全面推进小康建设的主要任务。陕西省委、省政府也明确了全省县域经济发展的远期目标。如何发展县域经济,全面提高陕西经济实力,已成为我们目前亟待解决的问题之一。因此,从陕西的实际情况出发,以区域经济发展理论来引导县域经济发展,并依托“一县两带”带动县域经济发展,找出发展县域经济的突破口,尽快实现陕西经济高速发展的宏伟目标。
The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party says: To strengthen the county-area economy is the main task to build a well-off society in all-round way. Our provincial party committee and government also has set up a long-term goal of developing our county-area economy. How to enhance our economy strength by developing county-area economy is one of the problems we must deal with at present. Hence, starting from our reality, develop our county-area economy guided by region-area economy and accelerate its step by 'one line and two zones'. Meanwhile, we should try our best to find the key to the problem and realize our goal of rapid development of our economy.
