摘要
目的通过回顾和总结32P治疗血管瘤、瘢痕疙瘩、神经性皮炎和限局性银屑病共6483例的疗效,评价32P在皮肤病治疗中的意义。方法草莓状血管瘤、鲜红斑痣、瘢痕疙瘩、神经性皮炎和限局性银屑病采用32P贴敷治疗,海绵状血管瘤采用32P胶体注射治疗,混合型血管瘤采用32P胶体注射和32P贴敷相结合的方法治疗。结果32P对血管瘤的治愈率在85%以上,对神经性皮炎和限局性银屑病的治愈率分别达到69.2%和48.3%,对瘢痕疙瘩的治愈率仅为18.1%,而对鲜红斑痣的好转率仅为78.9%。结论32P对多种皮肤病具有满意疗效,正确合理的利用32P对皮肤病的治疗具有重要意义。
Objective To review and summarize the efficacy of 32P irradiation in 6483 patients with hemangioma, keloid, neurodermatitis and localized psoriasis. To evaluate the significance of 32P irradiation in treatment of dermatosis. Methods 32P was administered topically in patients with strawberry hemangioma, port wine stain , keloid, neurodermatitis and localized psoriasis.32P colloid was injected in patients with cavernous hemangioma. 32P colloid injection combinated with topical irradiation was adopted in patients with compound hemangioma. Results Hemangioma responded well to 32P treatment with curative ratio beyond 85%.For neurodermatitis and localized psoriasis the curative effects of 32P treatment amounted to 69.2% and 48.3% respectively.Keloid responded poorly to 32P treatment with low curative ratio of 18.1%.The improvement ratio concerning port wine stain was 78.9%. Conclusion 32P irradiation achieves satisfactory efficacy in treatment of multiple dermatosis.Rational use of 32P irradiation is recommended and of great significance in treatment of dermatosis.
