摘要
通过实验探讨了多孔介质内燃气和空气预混合超绝热燃烧降低NO、CO排放的机理.对多孔介质内预混合气体单向流动和往复流动两种情况下燃烧排放的NO、CO体积分数进行了测试,并系统地研究了预混合气体的当量比、流速、往复半周期对往复流动燃烧(RSCP)排放特性的影响.结果表明,相对于单向流动,往复流动有更好的燃烧排放效果.往复流动燃烧半周期内CO排放量体积分数明显受当量比、流速、往复半周期的影响;而平均NO排放体积分数可达很低水平,通常保持在10×10-6以下.
The mechanism of the lower NO, CO emissions of the premixed superadiabatic combustion in porous media, in comparison with the free flame, was experimentally studied. The NO, CO emission quantity of the one-way flow combustion and the cyclic flow reversal combustion in the porous media were measured. Effects of major parameters (equivalence ratio, flow rate and half cycle) on the NO, CO emission were observed and analyzed. The results show that the emission level of the cyclic flow reversal combustion (RSCP) is lower than that of one-way flow combustion. The time averaged CO emission was affected remarkably by the working parameters (equivalence ratio, flow rate and half cycle of the mixture), while the time averaged NO emission of RSCP was always kept at a very low level, in general, less than 10×10-6.
