摘要
提出黄河宁蒙段的十大孔兑、库布齐沙漠及毗邻的砒砂岩地区是黄土高原水土流失最严重的地区。针对以上问题,初步论证了巧妙利用沙漠地形,实施黄河体外循环工程的可行性,指出黄河体外循环工程的优越性:有助于解决黄河泥沙淤积、防范洪灾、凌灾、保护水利设施、治理沙漠与十大孔兑。
Kongduis(small river formed by ice flowing), Kubuqi Desert and the adjacent zone are an area where the soil and water lose most seriously in Loess Plateau. Feasibility on the project of circle outside Yellow River is studied, which cleverly utilizes the desert topography. The concepts to solve the problems in accretion in Yellow River, water facilities protection, desert and 10 Kongduis harnessing, and Yellow River flow saving are briefly discussed.
