摘要
黄刺条为核型胚乳,胚乳细胞质沿胚囊周缘分布,中央为一大液泡.球形胚后期,胚乳细胞化从珠孔端开始.合点端胚乳不形成细胞壁.在鲁雷形胚的早期,合点端形成具游离核的胚乳吸器,成熟种子中,留有一层胚乳细胞.合子横分裂形成顶细胞和基细胞,顶细胞纵分裂,基细胞纵横分裂形成多细胞胚柄.胚胎发生属柳叶菜型.成熟胚的子叶中具大量淀粉和蛋白质.种皮由外珠被发育和分化形成,在发育过程中,随着胚的发育,外珠被中的淀粉发生变化.本文还讨论了发育胚及其周围组织间营养物质的关系.
The endosperm of Caragona frutex beloned to the nuclear type.The cytoplasm of endosperm become distributed along the periphery of embryo sac with a large centrally-located vacuole.During the late globular embryo,the endosperm cell formation begins at the micropylar end with freely growing primary anticlinal walls,and no cell wall forms at the chalaza end.During early tropetlo embryo,a chalazal free- nuclear haustorium is formed.In mature seed,the endosperm is almost comptelely absorbed,only one cell layer persists.The transvesal division of the zygote give rise to apical and basal cell,then the division of the apical cell is vertical,the vertical and transversal divisions of the basal cell result in a multicellular suspensor.Embryogeny conforms to the Onagrad type.In mature embryo,the cell of cotyledon contain a number of starch grains and protein.Seed coat develops and diferentiates from the outer integument with the variation of the starch grains,This paper discuss the nutrition relationship between the developing embrvo and adjacent tissue.
