摘要
本文以当前我国宏观经济的内需不足为研究对象 ,运用宏微观经济学相结合的分析方法 ,通过企业经营行为对消费品市场、收入分配、社会保障体系以及资本市场之间的相互关系研究 ,揭示了我国当前宏观经济内需不足的根本原因是企业经营机制不善 ,即我国国有企业的经营机制不善导致整体经济的长期结构性矛盾非常突出 ,从而引发了宏观经济运行恶性循环及其内需不足 ;分析指出刺激宏观经济良性发展的道路只有解决这一本质矛盾 ;文章最后提出了制定宏观经济发展政策时必须在长期目标与短期目标之间、效率与公平之间做出的艰难选择依据与相关措施建议等。
In the method of integration of macroeconomics and microeconomics, this paper studies the correlation between enterprise operation behavior and the consumer goods market, income distribution, social security system and the capital market, pointing out that the fundamental cause of domestic demand deficiency in our present macro-economy lies in the improper operation mechanism, thus leading to the conspicuous structural contradiction for long in our integrated economy, and the vicious circle of macroeconomic operation. At the end of the paper, it gives the basis and the relevant measures in making the hard choice between the long-term and short-term objectives, between the efficiency and the fairness when formulating a policy for the development of macro-economy.
