摘要
应用电镜细胞化学技术,研究了油菜雌蕊各组织内的钙离子分布。结果表明,钙离子主要分布在花粉管生长途径的柱头乳突细胞的分泌物、花柱引导组织细胞、子房假隔膜的引导组织细胞间隙及表皮细胞分泌物中。另外,输导作用的维管组织的导管和花柱的薄壁细胞中也有大量的钙沉淀存在,其它组织细胞中黑色的钙沉淀颗粒几乎没有分布,表明不同功能的细胞钙离子浓度有显著差异。
The subcellular localization of soluble calcium in the pistil of Brassica napus was determined by means of precipitation in vitro. The results showed that the calcium-containing antimonate precipitates ( CaPA ) occurred primarily in the path for pollen tube growth.A septum was presented in the ovary. The secretion produced by stigmatic papilla was associated with CaPA.A lot of CaPA existed in transmitting tissue of style and ovary septum.
