采用矩阵变换法降低OFDM信号峰均功率比值 被引量:6

New method to reduce PAPR for OFDM based on matrix transform

摘要 如何降低正交频分复用(OFDM)系统中的峰均功率比(PAPR)是有效应用OFDM技术的关键之一。因此提出了一种基于矩阵变换降低OFDM信号PAPR值的方法。恰当地选取或设计变换矩阵可以很好地改善OFDM信号的PAPR分布特性,因此选取了4种矩阵作为变换矩阵,并对其性能进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明,矩阵变换法能有效地降低OFDM信号的PAPR值,并具有较低的计算复杂度和较好的实用价值。 How to reduce the peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) is the key to applying the technology of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) efficiently. In this paper, a new method to reduce the PAPR of OFDM signals based on matrix transform is presented. The proposed technique is very effective and flexible. The improved statistics of the PAPR in the transmitted signals are demonstrated through numerical results analyses and simulation via some transform matrixes. The obtained results show that with matrix transform, the PAPR of OFDM signals can be reduced significantly.
