摘要
目的 探讨血肿机化或包膜增厚的慢性硬膜下血肿的治疗方法。方法 对诊断为慢性硬膜下血肿伴血肿机化或包摸增厚的患者行开颅包膜部分切除术 ;结果 7例残留血肿2周后吸收 ,2例4周后吸收 ,1例原有癫痫继续服抗痫药 ,其余病人症状均消失 ;结论 该术式适合基层单位应用 ,但其可行性尚需积累更多资料。
Objective To explore the treatment methods of organization of hematoma or envelope thicking in chronic subdural hematoma. Methods Part envelope resection by opening cranium was performed in patients who were diagnosed organization of hematoma or envelope thicking in chronic subdural hematoma. Results patients who remained hematoma were absorption2week later in7cases and4week later in2cases,1patient who had epilepsia took drug continuously,the other patients were cured. Conclusion The operation adapted to be done in basic hospital,but its feasibility still need accumulate more clinic data.
