摘要
目的 :探讨亚胺培南 /西司他丁治疗肾移植术后重症肺炎的疗效。方法 :回顾分析亚胺培南 /西司他丁治疗 2 2例肾移植术后重症肺部感染患者的临床资料及疗效。结果 :2 2例中治愈 10例 ,显效 8例 ,总有效率81.8% ;共分离出致病菌 34株 ,用药后 2 7株细菌被清除 ,细菌清除率 79.4 %。结论 :亚胺培南 /西司他丁对肾移植术后重症肺炎有良好的疗效 ,可作为临床的经验治疗药物。
Objective: To discuss the therapeutic effect of Imipenem on severe pneumonia following the kidney transplantation.Method: A retrospective analysis was made of the therapeutic effects of Imipenem on 22 cases of clinical severe pneumonia following the kidney transplantation.Result: The treatment was effective in 18 of the 22 cases, the effective rate being 81.8%. Among the 34 strains of bacteria isolated, 27 were cleared(79.4%) after the treatment.Conclusion: Imipenem is an effective remedy and is recommended for the treatment of severe pneumonia following the kidney transplantation.
