摘要
目的 探讨玻璃体切除术治疗外伤性黄斑孔的疗效。方法 对 12例 ( 12眼 )外伤性黄斑孔采取玻璃体切除术联合眼内充填治疗 ,观察黄斑孔闭合情况及视力情况。结果 10例 ( 83 3 3 %)术后黄斑孔封闭 ,9例 ( 75 0 0 %)术后视力较术前提高 ,6例 ( 5 0 0 0 %) ,术后视力≥ 0 .5。
Objective To study the clinical effects of vitrectomy for treatment of traumatic macular hole Methods 12 cases of traumatic macular hole were treated with vitrectomy,combind with gas tamponade Closure of the macular hole,visual acuity were observed Results The macular hole was successfully closed in 10 of 12 cases (83 33%).The visual acuity improved in 9 cases (75 00%),and 6 cases(50 00%) achieved 0 5 or better vision Conclusion Vitrectomy is a safe and effective method for traumatic macular hole
