摘要
目的 探讨超声生物显微镜 (UBM)在挫伤性睫状体脱离诊断中的应用价值。方法 2 0 0 1年 1月～ 2 0 0 4年 3月收治的 3 5例 ( 3 5眼 )挫伤性睫状体脱离 ,术前行UBM及前房角镜检查 ,进行对比分析 ,并经手术证实。结果 3 5眼经UBM与前房角镜检查 ,全部确诊为挫伤性睫状体脱离。UBM检查结果 16眼为沟通型 ,19眼未见沟通 :前房角镜检查结果全部为沟通型。结论 UBM能准确诊断挫伤性睫状体脱离 ,不受屈光间质浑浊的影响。在判断是否沟通方面 ,前房角镜检查优于UBM。
Objective To explore the applied value of ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) in diagnosis of contusive ciliary body dialysis Methods The preoperative UBM examination and comparative analysis of these results were accomplished in 35 cases (35 eyes) with contusive ciliary body dialysis which were proved by operation Results All of the 35 eyes of contusive ciliary body dialysis were diagnosed by UBM and gonioscope examination The UBM showed that 16 eyes were communicated and 19 eyes weren't communicated,but the gonioscope examination showed that were communicated in all cases Conclusion The contusive ciliary body dialysis could be diagnosed accurately by UBM,whether the refractive intersititial was clear or not The gonioscope examination was more excellent than UBM in judgement whether it was communicated So the combination and complementation of UBM and gonioscope examination should be needed in clinical diagnose
