摘要
目的 减轻由于护理人员短缺对ICU病人护理质量造成的不利影响。方法 采用梯队式弹性工作方法。结果 通过 5年的实践证明 ,采取该种方法能缓解临床护理工作压力。结论 采取梯队式弹性工作制 。
Objective To minimize the negative effect on the quality of nursing for the patients in the ICU, which due to the shortage of nursing staff.Methods The elastic echelon formation work form was performed.Result From the practice of five years,it indicated that this work form could significantly relieve the pressure of clinical nursing.Conclusion The practice of elastic echelon formation work form could guarantee the quality of nursing effectively.
