摘要
剖析当前护理临床教学中一些亟待解决的问题 ,并介绍学校护理系和实习基地医院采取的针对性措施 ,包括在教学中加强学生的法律意识培养、加强师资队伍的建设与培养、健全临床护理教学的监督保障体系、充分运用现代化的教学手段、严格实习考评等 。
This article analyzed the problems in the present nursing clinical teaching,and introduced the countermeasures adopted in our department of nursing and clinical practice hospitals,which including: enhancing the training of students’ consciousness of law,strengthening the development and training of the clinical teaching team,perfecting the supervision system in clinical nursing teaching, making full use of the modern methods of teaching, and carrying out practice examinations strictly. All of these measures achieved favorable results.
