摘要
护理队伍要在激烈的医疗竞争下适应市场经济体制的要求。应当通过合理的人力资源管理、建立以人为本的管理模式、完善间接服务体系、提高医后护理服务。作为一名护理管理者要有科学的、前沿的管理理念 ,创新的管理意识 ,坚持以人为本的管理方法 。
In order to adapt the requirement of the furious competitive medical and health market, we should balance the nurses staffing and set up the “human-focused” management model to perfect the indirect service system and improve the quality of post-medical service. As the nursing managers, we should hold scientific and advanced management ideas and innovative consciousness of management, and insist in the “human-focused” management method, so as to ensure our nurses team are never been defeated in the furious social competition.
