摘要
针对16Mn钢对焊接头的焊缝及热影响区不同部位的疲劳裂纹扩展进行了金相组织研究。研究结果发现,接头处不同区域的疲劳寿命不同;疲劳裂纹的萌生和扩展与铁素体组织有关;显微组织的不均匀以及魏氏组织的存在对疲劳裂纹的扩展有一定影响。
This paper deals with the metallurgical structure of fatigue cracks propagation in the different parts of 16Mn steel butted Joint and heat affected zone. The results showed that different zones of the butted joint have different fatigue life. Fatigue cracks initiation and propagation related to the ferrite structure. The non—uniform microstructures and the existence of the widmansttten structure influenced the propagation of fatigue cracks.
