摘要
国家大剧院工程设计新颖独特 ,其椭球形壳体屋面结构为大跨度拱形梁架构成的超大空间钢结构 ,体量大 ,高空拼装对接 ,标准构件少 ,工期紧 ,施工难度颇大。本工程合理地进行吊装机械配置 ,选用科学可靠的安装方法 ,精心组织安排施工 ,保证了吊装进度和安装精度 ,取得了很好的社会经济综合效益。
The design of National Great Theater is very novel and special, and its ellipsoidal shell roof structure is an ultra-large spatial steel structure which consists of many large-span arch-shape beam frames. Because it has a very large size and little standard structural parts, its construction time was short and there are many construction difficulties, engineers adoped the high-level assembly construction method, proper lifting machines and scientific and reliable installation methods, and these measures ensured lifting process and installation precision, lowered comprehensive construction costs and achieved good social and economic benefits.
