摘要
根据1986年11月19日至12月16日热带西太平洋海域(10°30′S~18°20′N,122°24′~165°00′E)中美海气联合调查(TOGA 调查)的第2航次资料,估算了该海域的初级生产力.研究表明:初级生产力平均为201.09mgC·m^(-2)·d^(-1)(变化范围为43.10~543.00mg C·m^(-2)·d^(-1));同化系数平均为8.36(变化范围为2.83~18.10)。该值与南海中部和北太平洋海区相近。按 Koblentz—Mishke 等(1970)的划分标准,属于第3区带,反映了大洋区仍有较高的初级生产力.光合作用速率在强度减弱至50%时最高(36.29mg.m^(-3).d^(-1)),光强度在100%时次之(32.35mg.m^(-3).d^(-1)),光强度在30%~0.1%时,光合作用速率较低(3.37%~0.28mg C·m^(-3)·d^(-1));光合作用速率在强度50%时最高,说明了光强度太高或太低对热带西太平洋浮游植物的光合作用速率有影响作用.
The estimation of primary productivity in the Tropical Western Pacific Ocean(10°30'S to18°20'N, 122°24'to 165°00'E)from November to December 1986,based on the data taken from the se- cond cruise of TOGA.The results showed that the mean value of the primay productivity of the se- cond cruise was 201.09mgC.m^(-2).d^(-1),ranging from 43.10 to 543.00mgC.m^(-2).d^(-1);assimilative index was 8.36,ranging from 2.83 to 18.10.The present results were similar to that of the middle of South China Sea and North Pacific Occan,With higher values found in the near offshore and around the island.The investigated regions belong to the third type according to the Koblentz-Mishke standard(1970).The maxilnal photosynthetic rate occurred at the light intensity that decreased to 50% of the original value(36.29mgC.m^(-3).d^(-1));the next was that layer,where the light intensity was 100%(32.35mgC.m^(-3).d^(-1));the lowest rate occurred at place where the light intensi- ty decreased to 30%~0.1%(3.37 to 0.28mgC.m^(-3).d^(-1)).
