摘要 为了使护理专业得到不断发展,提高护理管理的效能,调动护士的主观能动性。通过近一年来实行护理分值制度,将每个人的工作量、工作质量等作为护理分值的内容,将护理分值与排班表二者有机地结合起来,由个人填写,总责任护士审核、汇总,护士长最后将奖金与护理分值紧密联系。正确评价了护士的工作成绩并给予合理的报酬和奖励,激发了护士工作的积极性,为了完成大量的护理工作,护士主动加班加点,常常是早上班晚下班从无怨言,在节假日、人员紧张之时主动要求上班;实现了护士的自身价值,护士能积极书写护理论文,发表论文数明显增加,且能在一类期刊上发表;发挥了护理管理的最大作用,护士能自觉按各项规章制度完成各项护理工作,责任心与荣誉感增强。达到了实行护理分值制度的预期目的,使各项护理工作更上一个新台阶。 The nursing grading system aims to push nursing forward continually, increase the efficacy of nursing management and stimulate the nurse's subjective motility. The work amount, and work quality in the recent year as items in nursing grading system were combined into duty shifts to establish a form, which was filled in by nurses, checked and collected by general duty nurse. The head nurse associated bonus with the grades from the nursing grading form. The nursing grading system correctly evaluated the nurse's achievements and triggered the activeness of nurses at work. As a result, the nurses worked over time frequently, went to work earlier and left office later without any complaints and asked to go to work on holidays. In this way, the nurses realized their self-worth: they actively wrote nursing papers, whose publications escalated even in the first rate journals. Meanwhile, the nursing management exerted itself fully: the nurses could complete nursing jobs in line with rules and regulations, their responsibility and sense of honor both reinforced. The application of the system, reaching the anticipative purpose, pushed the nursing work to a new stage.
