摘要
连续3个月观察同一批新生 SD 纯种大鼠听觉脑干电反应(ABR)和中潜伏期听觉电反应(MLR)的生后发育.ABR 在生后第14天引出,而 MLR 在生后第17天方出现;ABR 各波峰潜伏期在生后一月内迅速递减,且源自脑干较低位结构的波的波峰潜伏期缩短较快;MLR 各波峰潜伏期在生后一月内也明显缩短,且较低位起源的波的波峰潜伏期较早达成年大鼠值.上述结果表明生后一月是大鼠听觉神经系统功能发育最重要时期,且按由低到高、逐级向上的向中性模式进行.
Postnatal development of auditory brainstem responses(ABR)and auditory middle latency responses(M LR)had been studied continously for three months in the same group of rat pups.After birth,ABR and MLR were evoked at 14 and 17 days respectively.The peak latencies of ABR's waves shortened rapidly at first postnatal month,which occurred more quickly in the wave origi- nated from the lower structures of the auditoy brainstem pathway.The peak latencies of MLR's waves obviously shortened also,at first postnatal month,which occurred more quickly in the wave originated from the lower structures of auditory pathway.These results suggested that fisrt month af- ter birth was the most important period for development of function of auditory nervous system in rats,which proceeded in a centripetal sequence from the most peripheral to the rostral structures.
