摘要
目的 了解环孢素A(CsA)联合治疗骨髓增生异常综合征难治性贫血(MOS-RA)的疗效。方法:所有患者按CsA 3mg～5mg.kg^(-1).d^(-1)口服3～6个月,联合罗钙全,维生素B_6或加用达那唑、维甲酸。结果 所有病例的总有效率为71.4％,CR28.6％(2/7),PR42.8％(3/7),进步1例,无效1例。结论 CsA联合治疗MDS-RA是较有效的方法之一。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of cyclosporina (CaA) plus other medicines combined
therapy on myelodysplastic syndrome refractory anemia(MDS-RA). Methods All the patients took CaA 3mg～5mg.kg~(-
1).d^(-1) for 3-6 months and other medicines such as Rocaltrol, vitaminB6 or Danasol, vitaminA acid. Results The overall
response rate of all cases were 71.4%, the complete response rate (CR)were 28.6%(2/7), partial response rate (PR)
were 42.8%(3/7), 1case made improvement. 1case made no difference. Conclusion CsA plus other medicines is one
of the effective ways for MDS-RA.
