摘要
采用水热处理对杨木进行压缩前预处理,比较不同水热处理条件对试材压缩成型后主要物理力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:在软化温度130℃的条件下,软化时间60min,初含水率15%为本试验确定的优化工艺参数。
Through the orthogonal test, the effect of hydrothermal treatment on physical and (mechanical) properties of compressed Poplar (Populus ×euramericana spp.) lumber was studied. (Analysis) of the results showed that the optimum pretreatment parameters for the compressed Poplar lumber was 60 min and a moisture content of 15% when the temperature was at 130℃.
