摘要
通过234例颅内血肿硬通道针引流的护理,尤其是引流管的护理,认为根据颅内血肿出血部位、出血性质的不同,对引流袋高度的要求迥然不同,同时加强术后观察,完善处理术后出现的各种情况是预防术后并发症,提高疗效的重要环节。
Reviewing postoperative nurse experiences with drainage on 234 intracranial hematomas patients by hard tunnel needle, the author mainly discusses the proper way in the us of the drainage tube. It was concluded that the different heights of drainage bag would be applied according to different positions and causes of bleeding, and regular inspection and careful observation would play an important role in clinical practice.
