高校的可持续发展是一种全新的发展战略,而作为学科建设关键的学科梯队建设则日益成为高校发展战略中的重要因素,学科梯队的建设和发展是可持续发展战略的需要和保障,也是学科建设的必然选择。在高校可持续发展战略中,必须注重学科梯队建设的整体性、持续性、稳定性和超前性。
The continuable development of colleges and universities is a brand new development strategy. As the key to the subject construction, the construction of subject echelon formation is becoming one of the important factors in the development of colleges and universities. The construction and development of subject echelon formation is the necessity and guarantee of the continuable development strategy, and is a must choice of subject construction.
