摘要
本文在分析建设国际金融中心必备内外条件的基础上,运用系统工程的层次分析和模糊判断法对上海建设国际金融中心的初始条件进行了量化研究,并与新加坡当年建设国际金融中心的基本条件进行了模糊量化比较,得出了一些有意义的结论。
Based on the analysis of conditions concerning how to become an international finance center, a quantitative contrast was made between Shanghai now and Singapore in the 6070 years by means of HAP and FA method. A quantitative result was got .
