摘要
本文是利用新近研制成功的沟道基区晶体管(CBT)的等效电路,详细地推导出CBT的频率特性与其物理参数的关系,并指出提高频率特性的方向和方法。
In this paper, by means of the equivalent circuit of CBT developed recently, the author systematically derived the quantitative relationship between the frequency characteristics and physical parameters of CBT, and painted out the direction and methods for improving the frequency characteristics.
