摘要
网络传播权与传输权本不相同 ;信息网络传播权与传统著作权及邻接权也有较多差别 ,应该廓清其间的界限 ,并甄别其保护措施 ,以期正确认识信息网络传播权 ,并加以法律规范 ,平衡作者。
The right of spreading and the right of communication are different, nor are the right of information network spreading, the traditional copyright and neighboring right. The boundaries between them shall be made clear and the protecting methods be distinguished to correctly understand the right of information network spreading and to have them regulated by laws, and to balance the interests of the authors, spreaders, and the public.
