应用BDP光度法测定水中微量阴离子表面活性剂

摘要 本文报导了用溴化—1—苄基—4—(4—二乙基氨基苯偶氮)吡啶盐(BDP)光度法测定水中微量阴离子表面活性剂,实验结果,回收率为90.2%—104.8%;标准偏差为O.0193;变异系数为O.64%。 This paper describes benzyl-4 (4-diethyl-aminophenylazo) pyridinium bromide (BDP) for the determination of micro amount anionic surfactants in waters by spectrophotometric method. The cationic dye forms ion association complex with anionic surfactants, can be extracted into chloroform in a single extraction at PH 5.5-6.7 buffer solution of sodium dihydrogen orthophosphate and potassium monohydrogen orthophosphate with EDTA as masking agent. The calibration curve obeys Beer's law over the range 0-7.4×10^(-5) of anionic surfactants at 556 nm and the molar absorptivity is 6.3×10~4. The results showed that the recovery is 90.2%-104.8%, standard deviation is 0.0193 and variant coefficient is 0.64%.
