碳-14对水稻的诱变效应与处理剂量的关系 被引量:2

摘要 分别用早籼“二九青”植株和种子作试验材料,^(14)CO_2和Na_2^(14)CO_2作诱变剂,M_2代熟期和株高突变率作为考察指标。研究了^(14)C诱变效应与处理剂量的关系。结果表明,^(14)CO_2处理植株和Na_2^(14)CO_2处理种子的诱变效应与剂量关系趋势相似。两种处理的熟期和株高总突变率均以111×10~4Bq/株(粒)剂量处理最高。其中诱变早熟突变的适宜剂量为222×10~4Bq/株(粒)左右;诱发矮秆突变的适宜剂量为74×10~4Bq×株(粒)左右。 The relationship between mutagenic effects and doses of ^(14) C on rice were studied with the plants and seeds of early indica rice 'Erjiuqing' as test materials, with ^(14) CO_2 and Na_2^(14) CO_3 as mutagens.The mutation rates of heading date and plant height were observed in M_2.The results showed that the tendencies of relationships between mutagenic effects and doses were similar for both methods of rice plants treated by ^(14) CO_2 and rice seeds treated by Na_2 ^(14) CO_3 solution.The highest total mutation rates for both methods came from the treatments with the dose of 111×10~4 Bq / plant or grain.Among them, the suitable dose, for inducing early-maturing mutation was about 222×10~4 Bq / plant or grain; for inducing short-stem mutation was about 74×10~4 Bq/plant ot grain.
