非煅烧粉煤灰轻骨料混凝土变弯构件基本性能试验研究

摘要 非煅烧粉煤灰轻骨料是一种新的建筑材料,其制作成本低,目前主要用于墙体结构中。为进一步在结构混凝土中推广应用,进行了受弯构件的强度、刚度、裂缝宽度的试验研究。试验研究结果表明:其结构性能良好,可以作为结构混凝土中的一种良好的轻质材料。本文还根据新修订的《钢筋轻骨料砼结构设计规程》作了对比分析,提出了有关设计建议。 Non-firing flyash lightweight aggregate is a new building material which has advantage of lowcost in manufacture. At the present time, it is mainlg used in wall. In order to use it in reinforced lightweight concrete structures, experimental researches are carried out for beams made of this new aggregate. Test results show that such beams behave satisfactorily both in strength. stiffness and crack width under service stage. Based on the new design specification of lightweight concrete structures of our country design recommendations are presented also in this paper
