摘要
本文建立了根据齿轮滚刀的重磨程度确定其前刃面偏距以减少切削刃齿形误差的计算方法,并对零前角和负大前角滚刀的齿形进行了数值分析和误差评估。通过计算发现,重磨时适当改变原有偏距可减少齿形误差,且左右两侧分别存在齿形误差为最小的偏距值。其中,零前角滚刀左右两侧的偏距改变方向相反,即左侧要求磨成正前角而右侧成负前角;负大前角滚刀则左右侧一致要求减少偏距且量值也近乎相等。
An algorithm which is used to minimize the gear hob tooth profile deviation via updating the rake face offset in the resharpening operation is proposed. Computation shows for each side cutting edge there is an optimal value which gives minimun profile deviation. In relation to gear hobs using iarge negative rake angle the optimal offset decreases as the amount of re-sharpening increases. Furthermore,the optimal offsets in respect to left and right side cutting edge are nearly equal. right side should be updated to form negative rake angle while the left side should be positive.
