摘要
本文以金属滑动摩擦副为研究对象,根据统计等效的观点,推导了粗糙表面滑动摩擦副的能量方程和雷诺方程,对粗糙表面金属滑动摩擦副的热流体动力性能进行了分析。研究了粗糙表面的纹理方向和相对滑动速度对混合润滑工况金属滑动摩擦副的摩擦系数、承载能力和温度分布的影响,其中考虑了局部区域的表面膜丧失对摩擦副润滑性能的影响。研究结果表明:粗糙表面纹理方向、粗糙度参数β对摩擦副的润滑性能有较大的影响。局部表面膜的丧失对摩擦系数具有很大影响,在相同的无量纲间隙时,较大的相对滑动速度对应着较大的摩擦系数。实验和理论结果之间具有较好的一致性,说明本文所提供的分析软件和方法是可行的。
From the statistical equivalent point of view, the energy and Reynolds equations are proposed, and the thermo-hydrodynamic analysis for these pairs is given. By considering the effect of surface film loss at local area, both the effects of the orientation of rough surfaces and the relative velocity on frictional force, load carrying capacity and temperature distribution are analyzed. The results show that: both the orientation of rough surfaces and roughness factor have great effects on the lubrication behaviour of frictional pairs, and the loss of surface film at local area has considerable effect on friction coefficient of frictional pairs. If the non-dimensional gap of frictional pairs is same, the greater the sliding velocity is, the greater the frictional coefficient of the pairs will be caused. There is good agreement between the analytical and the experimental results.
